Is Tunewise free?
Yes. Everything is free: there is no paid tier, no account and no ads.
What changes on YouTube after I install it?
Nothing until you choose. Every option starts off, and what you switch on shows on open YouTube tabs right away, without a reload. Switch Tunewise off in Settings to see YouTube as it is.
What data does it collect?
None. Tunewise makes no network requests and has no analytics. Your settings are saved and synced by Chrome, and Screen time minutes stay on this computer. How it works
What happens when YouTube changes its pages?
YouTube keeps working. An option that can no longer find its part of the page does nothing until an update fixes it, and Chrome installs updates on its own.
